The IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk is available by phone at 688-HELP(4357), by e-mail and on the web to answer your safe computing questions and help you solve technical problems.
Feel free to walk-in and take advantage of the Buckeye Bar service as well, which is located in 025 Central Classroom Building. Standard hours of operation are online as are system status updates.
8help Knowledge Base
Look up your question or problem in the 8help Knowledge Base for how-to instructions, more information, and advice.
Network Attacks, Intrusions, or Other Security Incidents
Individuals wishing to report actual or potential security incidents can either send an e-mail to security@osu.edu, or can call 7-2020 (on-campus) or (614) 247-2020 (off-campus). The Information Security group also provides a number of security-related services.
Students in Residence Halls
If you are a student in the dorms, you can also contact Resnet's Student Life Support Center by phone at 614-292-5700, or file a ticket online.
